SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders Monday through Friday, selecting the carrier that offers the best combination of pricing and speed, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

  • Delivery Details:
    • FedEx delivers packages Monday through Friday only.
    • For residential deliveries, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
    • Local delivery is available in select markets via a third-party courier.
  • Weather Considerations:
    • Please select Ground Shipping only if the weather in your area is below 75°F to avoid potential melting during transit.
  • Processing Times:
    • Orders require up to 2 business days for processing and creation before shipping.
    • For expedited shipping (e.g., 2-Day Air), note that the transit time begins after processing is complete.
    • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days for shipping carriers.

Packaging:

  • Cake pops are individually wrapped in cellophane bags with twist ties
  • Bubble wrap is included in all packages
  • We cannot guarantee that goods will not melt in temperatures above 75°F.
  • Ice packs will ONLY be included from April 1st to November 30th  - unless specifically requested by customer

 

 

Order Shipment:

  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Arrival is based upon your event date and chosen method of shipment
  • Packages are no longer in our control after they are scanned into the shipping facility
  • We cannot be held accountable for shipment delays or damages of any kind
    • Claims must be filed directly with USPS, UPS or FedEx for delays or damages
    • We will NOT  issue refunds for delays or damages

Shipping carriers:

  • USPS Priority Mail - delivery in 3 days after order is shipped
  • USPS Priority Mail Express - delivery in 1-2 days after order is shipped
  • UPS Ground  - delivery in 2-4 days after order is shipped
  • UPS Next Day Air - delivery next day

 

 

Order Tracking:

  • A shipment confirmation email with the package tracking number will be sent to the email account on your order
  • Allow 24 hours for the tracking system to display accurate information
